This year at EuroBLECH, LONX will bring two powerful solutions for modern metal processing: the L3 sheet metal laser cutter and the K12 laser tube cutter.
For sheet metal manufacturers, the L3 is built for speed, stability and clean production. With a 3,050 × 1,530 mm exchangeable dual worktable and 3–20 kW power options, it supports the cutting of various types of metal sheets. Acceleration up to 2G and X/Y-axis travel speed up to 200 m/min give the L3 the speed required for high-efficiency sheet metal cutting, supported by its stable machine bed, lightweight high-strength crossbeam and precision transmission system. The fully enclosed structure and zoned dust removal system also make the L3 a safer and more environmentally friendly choice for modern workshops.
For tube processing applications, the K12 offers a compact yet flexible solution for medium-sized tubes from 15 mm to 120 mm in diameter. Stable clamping, accurate motion and consistent cutting quality make the K12 ideal for batch tube processing, supported by its full-stroke square-hole pneumatic chuck system and precision transmission system. To meet different production needs, the K12 can be equipped with auto or semi-auto loading and unloading systems, helping customers improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual handling.
