Adaptive Servo-Following Support System
Servo-driven supports automatically follow tube movement in both vertical and horizontal directions, adapting support force to material weight to maintain stability during high-speed rotation.
Intelligent Tube Detection & Monitoring
The main chuck monitors material presence and clamping conditions during loading and processing, helping prevent empty clamping, improper positioning and tube slippage.
High-Speed & Stable Processing Performance
With chuck rotation speeds of up to 50 RPM and coordinated support movement, the X5 maintains stable tube handling during high-speed machining.
±45° Bevel Cutting Capability
Supports bevel cutting up to ±45° and optional zero-tail bevel cutting, enabling more versatile tube joint preparation and fabrication applications.
Enclosed Cutting Area & Dust Extraction
The enclosed machine structure separates the cutting and unloading areas, while strategically positioned ventilation openings help remove cutting dust and maintain a cleaner working environment.
Protected Laser Source & Internal Fiber Routing
The laser source is independently installed in a dedicated rear cabinet with air conditioning, while internally routed fiber cables help reduce the risk of external damage.
Precision Motion Control
Achieves X/Y-axis positioning accuracy of ±0.03 mm/m and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.05 mm, supported by coordinated motion control for consistent machining performance.
