One of Korea’s well-known steel structure manufacturers, recognized for supplying large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, required a reliable solution to handle long and heavy structural tubes with higher precision and efficiency. Their production line involved continuous processing of round tubes, square tubes, angle iron and I-beams—materials commonly used in building frames, industrial plants and heavy engineering structures. As project volumes grew, the company sought equipment that could improve cutting accuracy, reduce material waste and support oversized tubes up to 12 meters in length.
To meet these needs, the customer selected the Longxin LX-T35 three-chuck tube laser bevel cutting machine. The LX-K35-3 model with semi-automatic loading supports 12-meter feeding and 12-meter blanking, with a single-tube load capacity of 1000 kg, making it suitable for Korea’s heavy-duty steel structure manufacturing.
The LX-T35 provides precise cutting of round tubes (Ø40–350 mm), square tubes (40×40–350×350 mm), angle iron and I-beams. Its side-hung bed ensures stable operation, while the precision square-hole chuck expands the processing range for large square sections. The follow-up support system prevents sagging during long-tube cutting, keeping accuracy consistent across the entire length.
Zero tailing reduces material waste, improving cost efficiency for high-volume production. For structural components that require ready-to-weld edges, the LX-T35 can be equipped with an optional bevel head.
Built with an industry-leading fiber laser, high-precision gear rack and linear guide rails, the LX-T35 offers reliable, high-speed, and high-accuracy performance. The Korean client reported smoother workflow, improved cutting consistency and stronger support for their high-demand construction projects after integrating the LX-T35 into their production line.
