Recently, the results of the 11th Guangdong Patent Awards were officially announced, and Longxin Laser Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “LONX”) was honored with the Guangdong Patent Excellence Award for its breakthroughs in intelligent laser tube cutting technologies.

This recognition reflects more than a decade of deep expertise in the laser tube cutting industry. With over a hundred core patents successfully commercialized and more than 30,000 laser tube cutting machines proven in demanding global markets, LONX continues to demonstrate strong technological and industrial capabilities.
Founded in 2013, LONX has earned multiple honors, including designation as a National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise, a national-level “Little Giant” enterprise, and a hidden champion in the manufacturing sector in Nanhai District. The company holds nearly 300 core intellectual property rights, including 49 granted invention patents and three PCT patent families. Several of its technological achievements have been recognized as reaching internationally advanced levels. Beyond certifications, LONX focuses on translating patented technologies into real-world production. From construction machinery to automotive components, and from medical devices to new energy equipment, its products serve more than 10,000 enterprises worldwide across over 100 countries and regions. These figures underscore the value of its innovations.
Driven by deep technical expertise and continuous iteration, LONX has evolved from its first- to sixth-generation laser tube cutting machines. The K series fiber lasers have secured a leading market position. The K6 compact model, designed for small-diameter tube applications such as hardware and home furnishings, achieved strong market adoption upon launch. With acceleration up to 1.5G, it improves cutting efficiency by approximately 30%–50%. The fifth-gen K9 laser tube cutter features acceleration up to 2.3G, exceeding comparable products by more than 20%. It has been recognized under the Foshan Standard and assessed as meeting international standards.

At a new stage of development, LONX is setting its sights on the future. In March 2026, LONX SmartCut 2.0 was officially launched at the Global Partner Conference. Focused on core algorithms and engineering applications, the system has already secured multiple invention patents, covering intelligent Q&A, process optimization, and optimal tool path planning. The system has been upgraded from version 1.0 to 2.0, delivering a more stable and reliable industrial solution, now deployed by over 2,000 customers. In addition, LONX’s independently developed CNC system for laser machine tools has been successfully deployed in over 20,000 units. Looking ahead, LONX will continue to advance intelligent laser cutting and other frontier technologies, accelerating the deep integration of CNC systems with AI to make every tube cutting machine a smarter, more adaptive partner.
