Recently, a renowned South Korean shipbuilder partnered with Longxin Laser to develop the LX-T36, a 46-meter ultra-heavy-duty 3D five-axis bevel laser pipe cutting machine. This custom-built solution is designed to significantly enhance their pipe processing capabilities—meeting the ship structure’s highly complex and precise requirements.
The LX-T36 is engineered for high-precision cutting of various structural profiles including H-beams, angle steel, and channel steel. Its advanced bevel cutting technology minimizes welding gaps between pipe joints, ensuring optimal structural integrity.
Equipped with a 20-meter automatic feeding rack and a 20-meter automatic unloading rack, the LX-T36 enables streamlined, autonomous operation. Once cutting parameters are configured, the system executes tasks with high speed and precision, delivering superior productivity compared to traditional methods.
